Runners legs running during professional running assessment and gait analysis

This comprehensive service consists of two physiotherapy appointments. The initial session assesses your running gait, posture and alignment, muscle control and stability, and muscle length and joint mobility. The second appointment provides detailed feedback on your assessment findings and personalised recommendations covering your running training programme, running gait, footwear advice, and supplementary training including strength and conditioning, and mobility exercises. Where beneficial, we can refer you to other specialists such as sports massage therapists or nutritionists, or arrange a running shoe assessment in our shop.
