Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy in the content of this web site, achilles heel are not responsible for any typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. The information, prices and terms presented on this site are subject to change without prior notice. Not all products are available at all times. Please note that all displayed products are subject to availability.

Currency

As a UK-based company all our prices are presented in pound sterling. If you order from outside the UK you may incur a small charge from your bank for exchanging from your own currency into pound sterling.

Stock levels

Generally all listed products are in stock. If you order an item which has recently sold out and it won't be back in stock we will offer you an alternative or a full refund. Please note that all displayed products are subject to availability.

Delivery

For the delivery of orders within the UK we use the delivery service provided by DPD and Royal Mail. For all other parts of the UK i.e Islands, orders will be sent through Royal Mail. achilles heel is not responsible for any delays encountered by Royal Mail or DPD, adverse weather conditions or out of area deliveries.

Missing parcels

In the unlikely event of your parcel being lost by the courier, as the sender we will be responsible for making the enquires and eventual claim for the lost items. This means that once the courier classes a parcel as lost (15 working days Royal Mail UK deliveries, 28 working days Royal Mail International Deliveries), we can process a replacement or refund immediately.

If a parcel is sent on a Next Day Delivery service we should get a much quicker and detailed response from the courier.

Please contact us via phone or email if your parcel has not arrived within the expected time.

In-store Gift Cards & Online Vouchers

In-store gift cards and online vouchers remains active for 24 months from the date of purchase, after this time the card will expire and any outstanding balance will be lost. achilles heel Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorised use of gift cards and cannot be exchanged for cash. In-store gift cards can only be used in exchange for products purchased in-store and cannot be used online or in achilles heel clinic. achilles heel Ltd reserves the right to amend these T&Cs without notice.
