"On my trip up to Glasgow I was in search of a running shop for some new gear, every person I'd spoken with had highly recommended achilles heel to me and after visiting i can see why. Was greeted with really friendly staff who couldn't have done more to help, had a gait analysis to see which type of shoe would be best. Ordered the pair i settled on and were in store the next day along with the rest of the gear i was after. Have since used them again for their online store and has been consistently one of the best retailers I've ever dealt with, definitely worth going there"
