At Achilles Heel, we are experts in the management of all musculoskeletal conditions, for all ages and abilities. This may involve a review for a muscle strain, ligament sprain, tendon injury, joint condition or nerve pain throughout the body. These injuries could be the result of trauma or repetitive strain, sporting activities or related to lifestyle and work stress or posture. We also assist in the management of chronic conditions like arthritis or post operative rehabilitation after surgery.

Our team of experienced physiotherapists ensure you receive appropriate and effective treatment tailored to your needs through evidence-based practises.
Our appointment times allow us to listen to and understand your concerns, thoroughly assess your problem and ensure we get to the root of the issue. Within our appointments we are able to provide hands on care and create progressive rehabilitation programmes specific to you. Your treatment may include joint and soft tissue mobilisations, exercise therapy, strength and conditioning and general advice to allow you to return to your previous level of activity.
