Purchasing goods from achilles heel
As a UK-based company all our prices are presented in pound sterling. If you order from outside the UK you may incur a small charge from your bank for exchanging from your own currency into pound sterling.
Generally all listed products are in stock. If you order an item which has recently sold out and it won't be back in stock we will offer you an alternative or a full refund. Please note that all displayed products are subject to availability.
For the delivery of orders within the United Kingdom we use the delivery service provided by Interlink Express and Royal Mail. For all other parts of the UK i.e Islands, orders will be sent through Royal Mail. achilles heel is not responsible for any delays encountered by Royal Mail, Interlink Express, adverse weather conditions or out of area deliveries.
In the unlikely event of your parcel being lost by the courier, as the sender we will be responsible for making the enquires and eventual claim for the lost items. This means that once the courier classes a parcel as lost (15 working days Royal Mail UK deliveries, 28 working days Royal Mail International Deliveries), we can process a replacement or refund immediately.
If a parcel is sent on a Next Day Delivery service we should get a much quicker and detailed response from the courier.
Please contact us via phone or email if your parcel has not arrived within the expected time.
Web site prices and sale items
Sale items and special offers available on the website are only available online via mail-order. We cannot provide the same sale offers from our store and vice versa.
To use your Traditional Paper Gift Voucher you need to produce the voucher instore to redeem against your goods. This voucher may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the voucher on payment of the difference. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. Mutilated, damaged or defaced vouchers cannot be exchanged. No Liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers.
