UPDATE: it looks like we're fully switched over!

Because we've switched to a new server, these changes can take up to 48 hours to start working for everyone, so over the next couple of days everything will be back to normal.

We'll be sending out new log-in details to all customers very soon.

We've redesigned our website and added a bunch of new features:

• customer account area - now, when you order, we issue you with log in details, so you can view the status of your orders and update your address details. The best bit though is when you order again, you can log in to pre-fill your address details
• filter product search - to help when you're looking for products we've added filters, which means you can view only products that fit your needs, e.g. show only size six shoes or all neutral running shoes for women
• poll - we've added a poll and we're going to be getting your feedback. Some polls will be for fun while others will be to get your thoughts on various running-related subjects
• a blog - regular readers will know we already had a news feed but we've decided to expand this into a full blog. We're planning to share all types of running related news with you and if you feel confident enough, you can contribute by adding your comments.
